This month, we have submitted two deliverables under Work Package 7, which focuses on the project management of CENTAUR:
- Data Management Plan (DMP)
Project Management Plan
The most relevant features of the PMP, besides the clarification of the organisational structure, are the delivery of a detailed overall work plan and the quality assurance process to be implemented in the project, formulating a strategy for identifying, controlling, and mitigating risks throughout the project.
The PMP is a living document which will be updated throughout the life of the project to accurately reflect the plans.
Data Management Plan
On the other hand, the primary objective of the DMP is to outline how the information will be collected, processed, and generated by the project. In particular, the deliverable provides a clear overview of how the project’s research data will adhere to the principles of being Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR). The DMP is designed to evolve and be updated in response to significant project changes.
